Credit Bureau Services, LLC (CBS) may send you account-related text messages, such as payment reminders and notifications. CBS will send you account-related text messages when you provide us with your mobile number or otherwise communicate with us via text.

If you do not wish to receive such messages, please follow the instructions below and within the text message from CBS to opt out. Communicating with us via text message is not a condition to establishing a payment arrangement with CBS.

  • Number of messages will vary by account.
  • You agree you have ownership rights or permission to use the number you provided to us or used to text us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, text STOP to any text message we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
  • To request support, text HELP to any text message we send you, call us at 866-245-0375, or email us at CBSCLIENT@CREDITBUREAUSERVICESINC.COM.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
  • Please ensure your privacy when viewing text messages in public settings or when you consider giving others access to your phone.

Terms and Conditions for Emailing: Credit Bureau Services LLC offers an easy way to access and pay your bills from the convenience of your email. By providing your email address, you are permitting Credit Bureau Services LLC to contact you by email. 

  • Message frequency varies by account.
  • Carriers not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages. 
  • To opt-in, call our office at 866-245-0375 or log in under our “Pay Online” tab on our website. 
  • To hit opt-out, simply the unsubscribe option in the email. (Unsubscribing does not stop phone calls.)
